Purchasing Information

If you have an interest in purchasing one of our goats, Please read the Purchase Information carefully.
Please note I reserve the right to retain any
kid or adult at any time before leaving our
farm!
This year our babies 2013 babies will be dam and sometimes bottle raised,
We will start weaning our kids at 7 weeks, and they will be ready to go to their new homes at about 8 weeks, to ensure that they are thriving without the added milk.
All of our wethers (fixed males) will be banded before they leave, usually around 6 to 8 weeks .
Our 2013 PRICING is as follows.....
The price for a pet wether (fixed male) is $80 each or 2 for $150.
or on a bottle a day after birth for $50 each
Non-papered pet doelings start at $150/up when available.
Registered breeding/show quality kids start at $250 & up,
we will offer a 5% discount for multiple purchases, or and 4-H'ers .
We require a $40 deposit per wether
$75 deposit for each pet quality kids /or adults ,
And $100 for breeding/show quaility
deposits are not required until chosen kids are "on the ground" (born).
All animals must be paid for in full within 1 month for adult or weaned animals and within 8 weeks for just born kids, after the date of deposit, unless other arrangements have been made at time of deposit. (Don't be afraid to ask, we are very reasonable to work with)
Arrangements for pickup or shipping(shipping is at the expense of the purchaser, please ask about this)shipping must be made at least a week in advance, and at least one week before said animal is ready to go to its new home. We need time to bring them to the vets to get the necessary health papers in order. All cost for health papers , shipping, testing, crates, and transportation, etc are at the expense of the buyer and are Not included in the purchase price.
Any goat on hold with a deposit , but not picked up within 1 month (in the case of kids, 2 weeks after they are ready to leave) will be subject to a boarding fee of $2.50 a day, due when picked up or before shipped.
We will test for any goat related disease at the expense of the purchaser,(purchaser is responsible for all costs for any tests) including a $10 trip charge for gas. (sorry for this but gasoline is just to expensive)
All deposits are non-refundable if the buyer cancels the sale. Accidents do happen, and if something happens to a choosen animal, we will try our best to help you pick another who is suitable for you.
Also seller has the right to retain any kid/adult at any time, if you have put a deposit down , the deposit will either be applied to another available goat or returned(only in this situation)
When kids are ready to go to their new homes, they will have been disbudded, wormed, and have will have received a CDT shot and Selenium & Vitamin E Gel and copper bolus if needed.
We try to raise our animals as naturally as possible, and do not believe in unnecessary shots.
We do not give a Rabies preventive due to the size of our herd and our natural beliefs, but
(We do recommend that your vet administers a Rabies preventive after they are three months of age if you choose too.)
